Reallyyy? Are you fucking blind?

I can't believe people actually approved this. Wonder who made the call on this ugly redesign. Good try on the "default type" but really? that fucking square? really? Ill be much happier if it's a joke. Good job gap you failed big time! Not long after I sent an email saying their new logo looks terrible, their customer service actually replied me as the following: (Dear Oska, Thank you for your email and for taking the time to provide your feedback on our new Gap logo. We?ve had the same logo for over 20 years, and this is just one of the things that we?re changing. We know our new logo has created a lot of buzz and we?re thrilled to see the passionate debates unfolding through Facebook, Twitter and in other online communities! So much so that we?ve decided to engage the community to share designs. We love our version, but we?d like to see other ideas as well. If you?re interested, stay tuned to our facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/gap for more specific details in the next few days. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and hope that you will continue to share your valuable opinions. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to call us at 1-800-GAP-STYLE, and follow the prompts to share your store experience. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please note all hours are indicated in Eastern Time.) I just laugh at it.. you couldn't admit that you guys fucked up on this? hahaha.. and not long after a few days their customer service send another email: (Dear Gap Customer, Thank you for your e-mail regarding the new logo Gap recently introduced on gap.com. After hearing all of the feedback and after much thought, Gap will keep its classic blue box logo. While last week we mentioned that we'd be tapping into the outpouring of passion from customers for design ideas and feedback, we realized this wasn't going to work. It wasn't the right project for crowd sourcing. In fact, all roads were leading us to the classic blue box. We've learned a lot in this process and know we did not go about this in the right way. Ultimately we have learned just how much energy there is around our brand, hearing over and over that people are passionate about the blue box. We want to continue this dialogue. We're committed to reaching out to our very vocal community of customers so they can participate in future creative projects. In the meantime, the gap.com website will go back to our blue box logo and for the holidays, we'll turn our blue box red for our seasonal campaign. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. At Gap brand, our customers have always come first. There's nothing more important to us) Now that you see you fucked up? Don't ever do that again! That's right! Do not fuck with your logo
