每天一杯奇異果鳳梨汁~感冒.便秘BYE.BYE

 
 每天吃完早餐後自己打一杯奇異果+鳳梨汁
 量多少自己斟酌,加入優酪乳or多多再加少許
 的水(大約50CC)及少許的冰塊就OK了!!
  
  
 
 奇異果賀和鳳梨有大量的維生素C,當中含有大量的膳食纖維
 因此可以促進腸胃蠕動,幫助排便也預防大腸癌喔!!當中含有
 維生素B1促進消化不良.改善疲勞喔~~
 對了,對了,如果久久喝一次是沒效果的唷!!
