日飲八杯茶 四杯咖啡 有益健康

英國營養專家說，一天喝上八杯英國茶或是咖啡，咖啡因的量都不會過多，甚至還對健康有益。

魯詩頓博士說，他分析四十七份研究報告後發現，每天喝上八杯英式茶或是四杯咖啡，咖啡因的量都不會超過四百毫克，也就是還在容許範圍以內。魯詩頓說，實際上，每天喝八杯茶或是四杯咖啡的人，比較能保持機警、心情愉快，心臟病或是中風的機會也比較少。

I haven't employed or read difficult and sophisticated English for a while...

For how long...
I thought once I started working here, I would have sufficient time for improving and ameliorating my English, translating skills.
Yet, I just spend all my leisure time watching TV which, as far as I am concerned, may help me practicing my listening ability.

我真的不應該今天跑去買筆電的!!!!!!
我現在整個很興奮  真想今天就能把該裝的全部都給裝好  讓他變成一台應有盡有的我的筆電
