looks like obgy is a busy posting... but very very systematic (thanks to the great specialists, especially the big elegant boss), will share more later about the serious stuff when i have the mood to share...
imagine, getting gravida 7 or 8, 3-4 patients a day.
anyway i am in the mood to tell the best OBGY joke... not from this hospital.
that joke was conveyed to me by my roommate Shiong, during UM days... told to him by a great Toastmaster, i think...

the environment always win... you becomes what you face everyday
even in the medical world..
when paediatricians deal with lots of babies everyday, they would probably have nice shiny baby skin like the babies...
when psychiatrists deal with lots of looney toons, they would probably catch some of those odd manners and moves...
and on and on...
but one thing about obstetricians are really amazing, you can recognize them from miles away....
guess how?
they have curly moustache and beard... all around their mouth...
