another nightmare over, hopefully

grateful 2days before to: Dr. Alial for crash course on spinal
grateful yesterday to: Dr Loh for giving little Aedan overall checkup and well reassurance.
today, grateful that little Aedan got much better.

Nightmare. I was not referring the Perakian messy politicking.
But anyway, all hail Botanasa, the greatest 'toad king'.

At times, it seems a bit sublime to be walking out of the OT and telling the husband that their wife & child is OK. Almost like in a movie. Never upon ponder, how does it really feel to be at the other side of the wall.

But when you're at the other side of the wall, you may feel just a bit more helpless.

Today, Day 4 of daily high spiking fever for my little kid. Luckily, temperature gone south since noon breaking tears of joy in heart. Was worried sick past few days. He lost almost 1kg, not eating much and very irritable. Crying for no reason. Also deliriously talking at night. I kept my fingers/toes/whatever all crossed that what he got is a simple URTI like what Dr. Loh diagnosed, and not the dreaded DF. Absence of rashes, splitting headache and bleeding tendencies soothed my soul just a little bit.

Gladly, now he's sound asleep and no more giving away 4D numbers at night.

He's still having hoarseness of voice and poor appetite. Hopefully, by tomorrow, he'll pick up his active lovable CNY spirit.
