為了老媽的身體健康...
現在每天都花一個小時散步...
再者..
因為有操場...
就興起了跑步的念頭...

離系籃訓練太久了...
1200 M ~ 跑起來真是...
喘= =

我的小腿肌又要開始發達了= =
這樣要怎麼讓蘿蔔腿不見??嗚!
