After reading so many mangas, I learn some Japanese. But its not for this time. This time, I read Naruto, and there is way more Japanese than usual. This time i finally understand a few Japanese. Based on the amount of usage time they put in the manga.
So here is a few of it
Numbering of Japanese numbers.
1 - ichi
2 - ni
3 - San
4 - yon
5 - go
6 - roku
7 - nana
8 - hachi
9 - kyu
10- ju
So for the application of this numbering? Lets look at the tail beast (in Naruto)
Note: i'm only taking the 1st part (one tail, two tails, etc) not the full name of the beast
One-Tailed - Ichibi
Two-- Tailed - Nibi
Three- Tailed - Sanbi
four -- Tailed - Yonbi
Five - Tailed - Gobi
Six - Tailed - rokubi
Seven - Tailed - nanabi
Eight - Tailed - hachibi
(everyone who read naruto will know this!)
Nine - Tailed - kyubi
Ten - Tailed - jubi
Quote " Ichibi, Nibi, Sanbi....me tobi" ----tobi
How sure am I that "bi" is beast? since the full name of those beast (
Ichibi no Shukaku - One-Tailed Shukaku) is not written down. Well I derive the "bi" from the word "tail beast -
bijū "
Thats all for today! tune in (or wait surf in XD) for more some other days !
Cute~!
