二人進攻-自我解救法

只要有心  一練就成功



當敵方在我方的前面時

敵方一人靠我較近

則先以靠近敵方拳內旋打

接著以敵方靠我較遠的腳

直攻敵方中段

再以另一腳的膝蓋鈍離我較近的敵方中段
