今年第一游

早上 跟同事小蓉

一起去樂樂游泳

剛 下水真是好冷

這還真是我第一次這麼早

四月份就去游泳

不同的是 我居然申格當教練

今天交他換氣 要交別人

也讓我同時去注意我是怎麼游的

才知道要怎麼說 怎麼敎

不過我發現其實觀察別人游在自己學

也是不錯方法 我的蛙式就是這樣學來的

但是今天沒有游很多

下次要多游一點~~
