Now I am trapped at TOYOTA.  A careless guy "scratched" the back of my dear car  at a parking lot this morning.
Why? Why? Why did the guy have such a poor parking way that I have to wait the staff here to check how seriously my car "got hurt" and how much money the guy has to pay me. 
Alas!!
