天使與惡魔的交戰

要開始認真從明天開始執行 不然真的不行了

已經踵那麼多了 在這樣下去的話

就真的太超過了  78-84 整整六公斤跑到身上

天使會不會戰勝惡魔一個月以後就知道了

一定要克制住自己的嘴巴

把這個月的目標 訂在先瘦回80整

在看能不能在這個月在瘦回到78

加油囉 相信自己一定可以的
