Ross Lovegrove Design

Designer Ross Lovegrove expounds his philosophy of “fat-free” design and offers insight into several
 of his extraordinary products, including the Ty Nant water bottle and the Go chair。

Ross Lovegrove 生於1958年威爾士加的夫，
1980畢業於英國曼徹斯特工藝學校本科工業設計專業，
1983年畢業于畢業於英國皇家美術學院工業設計研究生。早
在80年代他就為Frog設計公司在西德的專案擔任設計師，為索尼設計隨身聽，為蘋果電腦設計電腦等。而後他作為Knoll國際的顧問來到巴黎，並成為alessandri事務所的領軍人物。他與Jean Nouvel和Philippe Starck一起被邀請加入德尼姆工作室，並給路易.威登，赫姆斯和杜邦擔任顧問。
1986年回到倫敦時，他為空中客車、Kartell、Ceccotti、 Cappellini、Moroso， Luceplan、Driade、vitra yamagiwa corporation、tag heuer、哈克曼、標致、蘋果電腦、三宅一生、奧林巴斯相機、赫爾曼米勒、日本航空公司和東洋伊藤建築(日本)等完成了項目 。
