又學了一招

今天好閒丫~客人都躲在家睡搞搞嘛,好加在下午來了個老客戶要不今天就掛蛋了>"<
不過心情超級HI,HI到爆,原來老客戶回流就是這種free,做了半年終於有成效了...cc
今日所學:當客人再RQ時,解釋=辯解,於事無補只會僵在原地,必須先解決客戶的心情,火撲滅了才有理可談!
