Squash Chocolate Cake(lower fat version)



這次外表烤的超漂亮!

鼓的 裂的超好吃的樣子:D

裡面還有點濕,綿綿的口感也還不錯!
(chocolate chips多放點,搞不好會像熔岩巧克力那樣呢~)



因為是加sour cream 不是加牛奶

所以吃起來是有點酸味的巧克力蛋糕

1 mix wet ingredients and sugar

 1/2 cup oil
 1 3/4 cups sugar
 2 large eggs
 1 cup sour cream ( lowfat yogurt, buttermilk or sour milk)


2 blend dry ingredients except sugar in a large bowl

 3 cups coarsely shredded squash(沒也沒差,因為squash吃起來還好,台灣也沒吧)
 2 cups flour
 1 teaspoon baking powder
 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 1/2 cup cocoa powder
 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 1/4 teaspoon salt


3 add wet mix to dry and stir until well blended


4 Stir in chocolate chips.

 1/2 cup chocolate chips


5 bake in a 350 deg oven for 45 min test cake for doneness, It may need more time if squash is very wet. (Note if batter seems too thick add a little more milk or yogurt.)
