漸行漸遠的管理理論

話說從6月1日到現在
已經好幾個月過去了

每天的工作只是有增無減
上級機關很努力的把各項工作複雜化
根本就違背了現代管理論點
也推翻了時間研究和動作研究的理論與技術

    我想：要在小組織裡快樂生存，就要忘了理論這回事......
