筆記~緊急惡補英文(真是汗為國貿人啊~呃)，星期二要去中正機場免稅商品面試。
A= 銷售員 B= 客人

A= Welcome! How can I help you today? ~歡迎! 要如何為您服務?~

客人通常會自己走去看....... ^^ 那您可以去關心下

A: Is there a particular style that you pefer?
~~有沒有特別喜歡那種鞋子款式?~~

通常客人會回答:
B: I like XXXXXXXXXXX.. (我喜歡 XXXXXXXXX.)

那您就可說:
A: I recommand this style. 我推薦這款鞋
A: Would you like to try it on? 要試穿嗎?

通常"客人"會說好.除非不喜歡您介紹的.....

那您可:
A: May know you shoe size ,please? 請問穿多大的鞋.
A: What color do you pefer? 喜歡什麼顏色?

等試穿後...... 說幾句贊美的話.
A: Wow! The shoes are a great match for you! 鞋子很適合你.
A: You look very stylish wearing those shoes! 您穿這種鞋子看起來很"時尚"

如果有特價:
A: Those pair of shoes are on sale.
A: There is a special price for this pair of shoes.
A: The shoes are on sale!

如果沒折扣
A: Currently we are not offering any discounts!

結帳
A: Your grand total is $XXXXXX. 總共是 $xxxxxx.
A: How would you like to pay? 要如何付款.

您要說: Our store accept cash and credit cards.
