cream mushroom

奶油蘑菇

以前去天母ㄉ唐吉柯德
必點ㄉ前菜
後來這家店好像倒ㄌ吧
好想吃阿



1.小火,奶油60g置鍋中
2.加入洋蔥1/3切成小丁,炒至透明
3.加入磨菇片
4.分次加入低筋麵粉三大匙炒
5.加入鮮奶油 50CC,牛奶1/2~1杯分次倒
6.加入鹽及胡椒,和俄力岡粉,巴西里,百里香少量
7.加白酒增添風味
8.煮至濃稠
