真是奇怪！不是說好關帳後就不得再沖帳了嗎？

再沖帳，會造成基層的困擾，又要寫公務聯繫單，又得蓋章負責

但...又不是我沖的帳，為何要我負責？

希望你們這些作帳的有點概念好嗎？要沖帳就在月底前

否則就請別再沖帳了
