豬母仔菜色之煎魚

看似簡單的煎魚~裡面學問有夠大!要煎得黃金酥~不燒焦~都是最高境界!

材料: 魚

步驟1.將魚做處理,魚的內臟拿出,將刺拔除




步驟2.倒入油,油熱將魚下鍋。不要皮的那面下底部~容易焦掉!


步驟3.一邊先將煎熟,再翻面煎另一面


步驟4.漂亮的一條魚就這樣上桌摟!!
