豬母仔菜色之茄子辦蒜蓉醬

夏天不想吃太油怕胖~可以清淡的做此道菜!爽口不油膩!!做法又很簡單唷~
材料:茄子 / 蒜頭 / 蠔油 / 香油少許

步驟1.
將茄子洗乾淨放入滾燙的熱水燙



步驟2.
將蒜頭拍碎,加入蠔油和香油少許拌一拌



步驟3.將茄子撈起,並將水壓乾,切段或撥絲皆可~再將調好的醬淋上即可!



很簡單吧~豬母老媽小叮嚀....

茄子碰到空氣容易氧化容易黑~因此尚未煮之前先泡水~如果要馬上煮就可以不用泡水!!
