豬母仔菜色之青椒辣炒豬肉

材料:青椒 / 辣椒 / 蒜頭 /豬肉絲 (也可改成牛或羊肉) / 水 / 鹽少許

步驟1.
將青椒洗乾淨 準備切段




步驟2.

豬肉切絲加太白粉跟水幫豬肉按摩~抓一抓~捏一捏




步驟3.
將豬肉放入油鍋內,請在油尚未滾開之前就先放入,肉絲不會沾鍋!炸熟即可~


步驟4.
爆香蒜和辣椒,再將青椒放入


步驟5.
放入青椒後可加少許的水和鹽,烹煮到下面照片狀即可將肉絲加入拌勻即可食!,關火後可滴些香油提味(些許即可)!


一盤美味的青椒辣炒豬肉就這樣可進你飢餓的小肚肚裡了!!
