用了Angel’s home 的配方的，當然啦，愛搞怪的我又改動了一些地方，不過很少，所以沒大影響的。也就沒關係呢。

 

總之大家喜歡就好，不過過，用這麼多butter, 成本還真的不少…

 

Oatmeal cookies

 

材料： 43pcs

 

Salted butter 100g

Brown sugar 15g

White sugar 35g

Caramel sauce 1t

Egg 1

Oats 100g

Almond chocolate 75g [我有almond chocolate 所以切碎就用了，沒有的話就按自己的喜好加入chocolate 和果仁吧！]

Cake flour 100g

Bp 1/2

 

這個cookies, 很受歡迎呢…吃過的人都讚好。哈哈！真的很高興喔！表姐和舅母也大讚好吃呢！

這是給表姐的禮物。她要飛回France了！

唉…想起很多…
