記錄阿肥減重進食---第21天(-0.2)

早餐:3/4貝果幅核桃乳酪醬+1杯黑豆漿+30克全麥雜糧麵包

午餐:3/4 m雙層吉事堡+1/2小薯+1個大蕃茄+3口檸檬紅茶

晚餐:1顆蘋果+1個蕃茄+半杯黑豆漿

水:700cc+650ml每朝綠茶
早上體重:54.2kg


同學友情贊助一台中古摺疊腳踏車,
要來整理整理,
及增加一些基本配備,
就可以上路了唷~
不然霞都沒在運動,
肉都軟軟的,
還真不太好看內...^^|||
