記錄阿肥減重進食---第16天(+0.6)

早餐:1份貝果用核桃乳酪→500卡(推測)+半杯中杯黑豆漿→39卡=539卡

午餐:半個貝果用核桃乳酪→250卡(推測)+1/2蔥油餅→300卡=550卡
點心:2個核桃糕→125卡(30克)+紅豆麻糬→300卡(推測)=425

晚餐:蕃茄2顆→130卡


今日總熱量:1644卡
土地稅:有
水:800cc+650ml每朝緣茶
早上體重:54.8kg


這幾天的體重一起一落,
因昨晚沒進食,
所以一早起來很期待體重能有所下降,
但事與願違,
還好霞的心情沒有很低落,
因早上要到學校和小朋友一起互動,
心情要保持美麗才行唷~
