記錄阿肥減重進食---第13天(-0.3)

早餐:1個飯團→500卡+1杯中杯黑豆漿半糖→78卡+不二家餅乾→70=648卡

午餐:2塊小蛋糕(朋友請)→400卡+一些手工餅乾→200卡+1/3雞腿便當→270卡=870卡

晚餐:200g蘋果→92卡+味增豆腐湯→200卡(推測)=292



今日總熱量:1810卡
土地稅:無
水:700cc+650ml每朝綠茶
早上體重:54.5kg


ps.早上吃好早餐後,
想吃點餅乾、堅果,
但不是只吃一點點就有滿足感,@@
中午朋友請吃兩塊小蛋糕又吃點小餅乾,
哇a害,今天又爆卡了...
