記錄阿肥減重進食---第1天

早餐:2個米提爾牛軋糖→?卡、1小包不二家大千層派→70卡

午餐:1/3炒麵→?卡、3小塊粉腸→?卡、一碗貢丸湯→?卡

晚餐:3隻烤泰國蝦→?卡、1個約60公克芭樂→?卡、一碗雞湯→?卡




今日早餐亂亂吃,因起床有點晚了,
不吃早餐會餓,買早餐吃了又怕午餐時間又得往後延,
所以就找小甜點吃,騙肚子一下...


卡洛里沒記錄是因不知該如何計算,
一方面也是人家笨笨的,^^|||
霞想...今天的熱量應該有破2000吧...
