大太陽天竟然會淹水?














大太陽天的，



公司的後陽台竟然淹水，



上個廁所都要涉水而過...



下雨天更是不用講 根本就是滿水位的狀態ˊˋ



管理委員會愛理不理，



房東更是隨便找個水電工把牆壁鑽個洞，



之後便避不接電話.....



而那個洞...必須要水淹到一個程度才會排水出去，



手動把水掃出去還被抗議!!



是怎樣~



沒政府囉?



管理費要收 什麼都不做，



化糞池竟然整10年沒抽過.... 昨天一次抽了9台....(噁>"<)



這到底要怎麼辦啊?



每天在那邊掃水不是辦法吧?



而且~ 淹水就算了!



房東還漲房租 真他奶奶的沒良心!



千萬不要來這租(買)房子啊!!



朝富路150號~全家這段的房子不能住人押~~~
