地瓜布丁Sweet Potato Pudding
The bomb attack and massacre in Norway were shocking the whole world. While I was busying at kitchen on 22 July afternoon, I heard an interruption in the radio that there was a bomb explosion in Oslo! I was confused over the news from radio. Later on, I heard again another shocking news from radio that there was a massacre in AUF summer camping place, Utøya island. I couldn’t believe over what I had heard.
Without much hesitation, most of us thought that the explosion was something to do with Al-Qaeda. But then, after watching the local tv, we were all stunned. The suspect was a Norwegian, right-wing extremist! At that point of time, I was still unsure about his real motives.
After few days of investigation, we all know that this is a local terror which hates the multiculturalism and Islamism. The right wings’ emergence will be kept watching by government with full effort from now on. At the same time, Norwegians are longer afraid of the terror, they will keep on their lives with an open-minded concept to build a society of multiculturalism. Keep it up Norway!!

4． 用一筛网过筛地瓜布丁液， 倒入布丁模中。 放入预热烤箱，160度，热水蒸烤布丁大约40到50分钟， 或布丁熟透。 *布丁模的大小会影响蒸烤时间*
Sweet Potato Pudding

Sweet potato puree 220g
Heavy cream 170g
Egg, 2pcs, lightly beaten
1. Mix sweet potato puree with heavy cream, set aside.
2. Mix sugar and milk. Lightly heat up until sugar is melted.
3. Add in egg into 2. Mix well. Lastly, add in 1.
4. Sieve the pudding liquid. Divide them into few cups/molds. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees in warm bath. Around 40-50 minutes. *The sizes of the mold will affect the baking time*
