但多勞卻並未因此得到相對的報酬

大家因為他的不負責任及無所謂的態度而不敢將事情交給他
他坐領乾薪，同樣過日子
我知道你不平衡
不過每件事可以負面看待，也可以樂觀待之
每多做一件事，你就多增加一份歷練，為你的未來能力資本加分

而我能做到的
就是盡力要求無功不受祿
