咖哩芋丸


芋頭配上咖哩,原來還蠻對味的!

材料:
蒸過的芋泥200公克(不用搗太碎)
絞肉20公克
洋蔥末20公克
香菜末1小匙
咖哩醬3大匙
(咖哩醬:咖哩粉1大匙.高湯300cc.椰粉2大匙.魚露1小匙.椰糖1/2小匙)

調味料:
蛋1顆
麵粉1大匙(芋球沾乾粉)
魚露1小匙
椰糖1/2小匙
胡椒1/4小匙

做法:
1.將絞肉加入洋蔥末.香菜末.魚露.椰糖.胡椒.芋泥調味拌勻
2.將做法(1)搓成小圓狀約6顆,以油溫180度炸約2分鐘,淋上咖哩醬即完成
