法律＝邏輯??

美國聯邦最高法院大法官Oliver W.Holmes曾謂：
『自始以來，法律的生命並非邏輯，而為經驗。』
（The life of law has not been logic;it has been experience）

看到這句話真的是莫名的感動
之前有某位大人物竟然跟我們說
"我也許不懂法律，可是我邏輯很強"
就因為這樣
一群念法律的陪他搞了一個晚上的邏輯
明知不可為 仍為之
把生命浪費在他所謂的邏輯上面

拜託看看這句話
法律不是你想的那麼簡單
法律是長久以來人類生活經驗的累積
憑自以為是的邏輯想取代法律
事情 不是你想的那麼簡單
