邁向45

哇天呀我自季也有點嚇到才短短的9天瘦了3公斤我改掉了壞習慣不吃零食我喝飲料肚子餓的時候再吃不餓就不吃.常提醒自己不可以吃炸的.中午只吃青菜我的習慣不這就不吃嘴殘時要忍耐久ㄌ自然就不會想吃零食中午有時吃冬粉加泡菜熱量比較低一天最少喝600c.
c的水我真的瘦了加油下一個目標
