落枕

有人落枕能痛一個禮拜的嗎~

舉手~

右邊的脖子只能轉30度~

練球的時候又一堆人在右後方叫我~

這怎麼轉~

很痛耶!

P.S:到底是睡覺睡到落枕 還是練球練到扭到脖子~
