2010/11/29 練習狀況

十一月十九號

今天請到華士館的陳輝國老師到校教學，和之前混合練習不同，新人讓陳老師加強觀念跟基礎動作，其他人則是自己穿上護具練習。


雖然上週三鄭老師就說過會請其他道館的老師過來，不過沒想到這麼快，因此原本預定在今日的刀型教學延至禮拜三。
