好吃指數爆表的團購美食-三先蔥油餅







拖稿拖超久的一篇試吃文
沒辦法五月份我們全家人都很忙
希婆沒時間煎蔥油餅給我們吃所以拖到昨天才把麵糰解凍煎來吃
大家一定會說自己煎來吃不就得了~~
哈哈"""基本上雖然我當媽了,也把希希養到這麼大
但是我對家事還是非常得不在行
基本的家事都不會做當然也沒有廚藝可言!!
所以希婆每次不在家時都怕我跟希大爺會餓死在家
也因此每次都會先幫我們存糧後才能放心外出
希婆真是個孝女媽媽呀

昨天我家餐桌上終於出現我想吃很久的三先蔥油餅
一吃驚為天人

竟然比我們前天吃的半畝園的蔥油餅還好吃上N倍

看到那層次分明的餅皮跟滿溢的蔥花沒


一入口咬下的瞬間就能吃蔥的清香
蔥花分佈非常均勻且用量超大方,每口都能吃到青蔥香味
細細咀嚼後麵粉的香甜味就會滿溢口中

今天看希婆煎餅時發現油的用量超少
且聽希婆說麵糰解凍的時間也很短
只要在要食用的前兩個小時從冷凍庫拿出來放在室溫下解凍後就能煎來食用


煎出來的蔥油餅一點都不油吃起來
很接近我個人偏愛用烙的蔥油餅
餅皮吃起來香Q有彈性
對於超愛吃麵類食品的我們這一家子實在是個惡魔福音阿
因為好吃所以會想要常常吃但是因為要顧身材又不能太常吃
唉呀
口福跟身材實在是很難兩全呀~

有多好吃~~看宅男的表情就知道了


因為很好吃所以我們家兩天就把10片三先蔥油餅吃掉了
只要蔥油餅一上桌宅男就會急跳著要我們拿餅給他吃
他真的超愛吃三先蔥油餅
很孝順宅男的奶奶(希婆)應該會為了寶貝孫子下令要再回購幾十片回家屯吧
(((我家人口多所以食物的消耗量非常大)))

今天我姊也說很好吃準備要招她們公司的人一起團購了

愛吃美食的妳怎麼能錯過呢????

    說到蔥油餅當然是宜蘭的三星最棒了~~
    蔥多油又恰到好處
    皮又厚咬起來不硬不軟嘟嘟好
