王媽ㄟ灶腳 ﹣迷迭香雞排

材料:去骨雞腿一隻,迷迭香,少許塩

做法:將雞腿用迷迭香,塩先腌20分鐘,然後下鍋煎至兩面全熟即可


ps.如果有新鮮的迷迭香也可以用,但要注意分量,因為迷迭香的味道很重

pps.有些做法是煎至兩面金黃然後放入烤箱,也有直接放入烤箱烤,隨個人喜好!
