what made up my week?!
2 assignments due in the same week!
and guess what? after completing assignments.
i have to start baking baking and baking.
bake what? i'm sure you will ask.
lets see. i started my baking session on thursday!
baked...
1 cookies n cream cheesecake in the morning after i had my breakfast.
but that one was not nice coz i didn't baked it with moist.
peng then came to my house and we went to pizza hut for starbitezzz (not worth that price though).
after lunch, we baked second c & c cheesecake.
followed by cotton cheesecake (but this one was another failure! coz water went into the tray!)
damn! shouldn't have put the pan on the tray man. *sigh* another loss! inside the dustbin you go!
eeks!
next, we bake cheesecake muffins. but but! ha. sorry but I have to say that.
I don't like the taset. sorry for those who bought. it's consider another unsuccessful cake!
I should just bake C&C cheesecake and shouldn't have diversify too much!
then at night, my mom baked a buttercake.
mom's buttercake is still the BEST!
oh yeah, at ard 11something we went for movie. meet the zohan!
haha. guess what?! I think I'm not suitable for midnight movie.
out of 5 times i watched midnight movie, only 1 time I never fall asleep. GOSH!
especially after one whole tired day!
watch movie? haha. you will see my sleeping. Zzz...LoL!
back home then,
slept at around 3/4 that night then woke up at 10 the next morning!
but in total i slept for less than 5 hrs. *sigh!*
the next day,
baked another c&c cheesecake in the morning.
then off we went to tesco to buy some other materials for garlic breads and sandwiches.
we shopped till 4something then once we reached home,
we delegated the job.
my cousin baked garlic breads while i baked another c&c cheesecake!
phew!
thanks GOD that I have made the right choice!
at first we thought of baking 6 cheesecakes, but luckily, i didn't!
I sold only like around 20 cheesecakes in the charity fair and I brought 27.
I'm wondering, what if I brought 54 cheesecakes there. then, i'll surely make a HUGE LOSS!

besides baking cheesecake, I also helped my cousin with those garlic breads.
4 baguettes! can you imagine. how long time do we need to cut, spread margarine + garlic butter, and bake?
OUR EFFORTS you know.
then at night, my mom baked another buttercake!
she baked two cakes in total.
what do you think?!
baking is just one of the process.
after baking, we need packaging!
all I can say is we non-stop "working" till around 12.30a.m!
ONE whole day man.
then i slept at around 2 that night and woke up at 6something the other day.
consecutively slept less than 5 hrs in 2 days.
TODAY!
woke up at 6something just to prepare sandwiches!
30 x 2 breads = 30 packs!
we took about 2 hrs to complete doing!
I'm glad that I have such GREAT MOM!
she will always be with me whenever I need HELP!

after that, i rushed into bathroom to shower and etc.
I was late for that event. haha! Edwin called me when I was still at HOME! LoL!
what to do?! prepared too many things already. and the outcome was FAR AWAY then what we expected!
not much crowd, rained, prepared too many stuffs...
I'm considered fortunate that I can manage to cover my cost!
the rain was really killing me. and now I have a bit of headache d.
I shall sleep early.
the verdict is a more proper planning is needed.
and my mom said : should have sell coupons earlier to at least have a rough figure of expected crowds.

AIkz!! OH well...its a disappointment to us too...we worked non-stop as
well k! All the preparation...in the end not many ppl came to witness our
Fun Fair..wat a pity...summore we worked till 2am! then 7am haf to be at
the park again! WAhh...can die lo...But oh well...its an experience lo..oh
and we did sell some coupons prior to the fair..but NEVER did we expect the
outcome was like tat?? Sorry ya to you and Edwin..both your hard work and
effort..

yup. i know.
everyone in there has contributed.
one word to describe - disappointment.
yet, we should all learn from EXPERIENCE!

its fine ah ma :)
its not bout the money tat we lost.
its the experience tat we gained through out the whole event.
tats something tat we cant buy wif money.
and yea , i can see the committee worked pretty hard.
the fun fair is good la overall.but it could be better :)
