Joo Leong Roti Bakar@Bayan Lepas
This morning me,Seng Feng and Ziyi purposely wake up at 530am in order to drive along the Penang Bridge heading toward Bayan Lepas to try the ‘roti bakar’ which is well known by Penangkia.
For your information, this Chinese kopitiam had been operated for more than 50 years. When people talk about 'no tei3 no liap1' translated in hokkien, that is describing the 2 piece of toast and 2 half bolied eggs.
I noticed before the shop is open at 7am in the morning, a lot of local people already took the side door to enter that kopitiam to take the breakfast. Imagine that how the business goes likely if reach 8am or 9am in the morning. Im sure that is crowded with local people.

I cant imagine this Roti cost Rm140.( 70sen x200 pieces):
They served tasty and of course fresh bread toast with butter on the top. It is sliced into 10 small pieces so that it suit our mouth.
You must not miss the half boilted egg. The half boiled egg is perfectly served with the toast.
I dip the bread in the egg, and put into the mouth. That’s give you the best mix of flavour.
In between, they have Nasi Lemak which is ready on the table but we never try it since Im full after took the 2 tei 2 liap and 1 milo ice.
