Teo soon Loong Chan Teo Chew Seafood Restaurant
Me, Patrick, Ziyi and Seng Fong go for food hunting around Jonker walk today. Our destination was Teo Soon Loong Chan TeoChew Restaurant. The restaurant looks unique compare to other restaurant. The kitchen is located in front of the shop instead of behind the dining area with 7 or 8 tables only. To avoid disappointment, you are advised to make a reservation before going. The full name of the restaurant is Teo soon Loong Chan Teo Chew Seafood Restaurant, Jalan Hang Kasturi, open daily except on Monday, 1230pm till 230pm and 530pm til 1030pm.

Before we even start ordering, we were served with a plate of peanuts but we refused it. This restaurant is decorated with selection of liquor as for your information Uncle tan sell liquor in the early year before he become the chef.
Make sure you find Uncle Tan Yong Choon to make a selections of variety of meat, seafood and vegetables in the display area. Everything look so fresh! 
He is Uncle Tan Yong Choon(Ah Pek)
This is typical teoChew soybean sauce but it doesn't look appetizing for us.
Uncle Tan said we must mix the Oyster Noodle with the chilled sambal ikan bilis which is served on the table.
The first dish served was Oyster Noodle. It is even tastier with some onion and the sambal ikan bilis . Oysters were really juicy and fresh!
We ordered a plate of Tauhu with the chopped meat were spread over the tauhu. 
This was my first time to try the soft shell crab. To my surprise, this style of cooking really normal but suprisingly, it really brought up the taste and sweetness of the crabs.
Another very very yummy dish I discovered here is the pork meat stim with “balsam pear苦瓜. This is sweet and the taste of the gravy was perfect, we ended up finishing all the gravy.
Total is RM79.80 for 4 persons. If only the fried crabs were not overcooked, then I find the meal really worth it.
