我的菜~水餃

韭菜是菜園裡種的 ,我用剪刀剪下後打算做餃子 .
自己種的韭菜 油油亮亮一點也不輸外面買的喔先將韭菜切碎以後加入鹽將水份逼出來
再加入攪肉 薑泥  胡椒粉調味拌勻後就可以開始包囉

準備這些材料的過程可是花費不少時間呢~當我正自鳴得意的包著水餃時,
午覺剛醒來的"人家"竟然說,他也要包要我再拿一支包餡料的湯匙給他!
我充滿懷疑的看著他說:你會嗎?又隨便拿了一支迷你湯匙給他,
結果他一坐下後我就發現.....我錯啦!!! "人家"超會包水餃的 每一顆水餃餡料飽滿又漂亮整齊~
令人大驚的是他手巧 動作又快
我整個就是被比下說.右邊是"人家"包的好美喔~我包的全是長條形
