廚房記事--泰式酸辣海鮮湯

 這次挑戰難度更高的
 還特地去jessica家實地教學
 

步驟如下:
1.首先準備900cc的水
2.冷水時放入洋蔥(絲狀).泰式料理包.紅辣椒一起下去煮
3.再放入紅咖哩醬
4.水滾後加入魚露
5.再來放入喜歡吃的海鮮EX:蛤仔.泰國蝦
6.加入二砂糖.檸檬汁.少許鹽巴.
7.一定要放入香菜喔(讓湯汁的味道更佳)
8.最後依個人口味放入冬粉

即是香氣濃郁的泰式酸辣海鮮湯
