廚房記事--煎餃

那天,跟同事親戚買了泡麵.絲瓜綿水餃   
及uso的泡菜.酸白菜口味
所以,來做煎餃吧.....
步驟如下:

1.準備平底鍋,將冷凍的水餃一一放下
2.一湯匙的太白粉混和3/4的水倒入
3.蓋上鍋蓋(25顆水餃約10-15分鐘)
4.半蒸半煎的方式,要注意不要太焦喔

即是熱騰騰的煎餃囉.....
