Fried Rice

Today I was cooked a easy dinner "Fried Rice". I think that it is very delicious. Now I tell you how to do it...

Ingredient:
Egg 1pc/ Spring onion (chopped) 20g / Rice 300g / Iceberg lettuce (sliced) few/ Olive oil or sunflower oil 25c.c.
Preparation:
1. Mixed rice with seasoning: Mixed rice with salt, chicken powder and chopped spring onion. This 
   step can be done at latest stage. However, this pre-preparation step helps people to prevent any 
   unknow situation happened while he/she is cooking.
2. Heat up the wok: used medium heat to heat up the wok until dry.
3. Pour oil into wok: remain the medium heat, then used ladle pour oil into wok and make sure the oil 
    has spread evenly into wok.
4. Pour egg into wok: wait till the wok is hot enough, pour over the egg into wok.
5. Stir fried egg: use spatula/ ladle quickly to stir egg.
6. Add rice into wok: When egg cooked to medium done then add in the prepared rice mixture
    (from step 1).
7. Quickly stir fried the rice mixture with egg.
8. After the rice and egg are mixed well, add in the Iceberg lettuce slice and continued stir fried it. 
    Taste for seasoning
then serve.
