TIRAMISU
是我很久沒下廚的大作tiramisu,食譜來自mina雜誌 Tis my much unprepared attempt at making Tiramisu, recipe was from the Mina mag

雖然用了四十分鐘 但是最後還是不perfect
Let's just say that although it took me 40 mins, the final products weren't perfect

來吧來吧! 倒吧! Come'on! Pour it on! Woohoo~

餅乾底用了普通曲奇而已 但是遺憾的是沒有用貴一點的cream cheese 效果可以更好的!For the base I used normal cookie only but what I regreted the most was the cheap cream cheese I used - the product could've been better

失敗後的殘留 食譜教我加兩湯匙咖啡 我加了 到要混入之前的cheese的時候才發現。 。 。 failure's residue - the receipe said add 2 tablespoons of coffee, so I did and found out that I screwed up big time
它要的是溶掉的咖啡!不是咖啡粉!囧~ They wanted me to add coffee the liquid NOT the powder - Oh shit

終於做好了!但要放在雪櫃一陣子 Finally! But they need a bit of refrigeration


連我媽看到也嚇了一跳因為真的很intense > < Scared the crap outta my mum when she saw them 'cos seriously Tiramisu is some intense stuff


結果不是那麼完美,只可以放好一點稍微安慰自己吧= = The products weren't perfect but I could at least find some solace in my presentation of them

我也要裝一下狼吞虎咽的pose 哈哈哈*耍白痴* A big-eater's pose LOL *being idiotic*

第一口-苦,first bite - bitter
第二口 - 加餅乾, ok 有tiramisu cheesecake 的感覺!Second bite + the cookies = ok,has the feel of tiramisu cheesecake!
第三口- omg 開始好飽 Third bite O M G starting to get full...

我不客氣了 = = i shall help myself

吃完了 看來我今晚讀書的plan有下落了因為下多了咖啡粉orz~ product eaten - looks like my plans to study tonight will be successful for I've added too much coffee 'powder' before

p.s. 下次更好的要餅乾底厚一點,小一點cream cheese還有用好一點的cream cheese -規定了到聖誕才做多一次因為家人今一次吃怕了 *O*
to improve, next time I'm gonna thicken the base, use better but less cream cheese - it has already been decided as to when that next time will be - nearing Xmas for my parents are a bit shaken from the intensity of the tiramisu
