三哥的鮮魚料理

有沒有吃過像這樣獨特的鮮魚料理?
是我老公三哥的手藝,
不打鱗清了魚肚塞入蒜頭,
在整個魚身抺上厚厚一層鹽巴然後放下鍋用中火燒...




烹調完成了




吃之前用筷子先把魚鱗輕輕撥開,
裡面的魚肉保有100%鮮味,
嗯~~~好好吃喔!
人間美味~~~
