這個真的是門學問!
很多方法很多種帶領方式
每個人都不一樣
真的要多學多看多問
要以謙卑的態度
去看待更多的遠見
這是我的心得~
很多時候
真的要自己親自去經驗過
才知道其中的滋味是如何?
雖然真的很累~''~
但是我經驗過了
也在其中學了不少呢!!!
