適放壓力

壓力對於我身體的傷害已經是一個不爭的事實,
它影響我的睡眠、情緒.....
使得我在日常生活中變得容易煩悶與不安,
因而降低免疫系統功能.
通常人ㄇ常常藉由抽煙、酗酒、喝咖啡或服用藥物來解除壓力,

而自己之前也藉酒紓解壓力 ,
但似乎效果不好,凡而將身體搞壞了!
那晚藉由放鬆的方式,
ㄑ走走,雖然夜景一點也不美,
但大笑與說說話,釋放少許壓力,
抒發心情.
