10.06.12 (15th Tightening)

hasn't been doing cleaning and scaling of teeth after i had my braces on~
this mean..
it's already been about 16 months since i last clean my teeth in clinic!!!
lol.

usually, it is better to do cleaning once a year~
for braces ppl..
it is advisable to clean every half a year cos we can't clean so well
with all brackets around~~

well well...
must be my clinic got too many patient to even notice is time for teeth cleaning~
can save my $60 until now!
haha!

but so happy to see the after effects!!

can u see the top row middle 2 tooth (men ya),
the on eon the left in the photo "looks" bigger than the one on the right??

in fact,
IT IS BIGGER!!
this is why there a gap on my top row can't close it up!

so weird hor~?

so Dr Ng used a SANDPAPER to sand away some of my tooth~
to make it smaller~lol.

ya~
like last time secondary school in D&T lesson using sandpaper to file the surface~

anyway~
Dr Ng said he will monitor..
if the tooth still big~
he will need to sand away more!

and one bad news~
Dr Ng show me i got "excessive gum" on my top row of teeth!
so hidden part of my teeth!
so he suggest if after my braces taken out..
i want the teeth to looks ever nicer~
can CUT away the excessive gum!

my expression was like "CUT?!" 

"will pain or not?"

Dr Ng replied: "ya~abit..but can do it within a day~~"

anyway~~
still far from completing my braces..
at least got one more year to consider!
haha!
