松露巧克力


材料:
1.苦甜巧克力:500g
2.特濃(動物)鮮奶油:200g
3.白蘭地酒:20g
4.防潮可可粉:少許

作法:
   苦甜巧克力隔水溶解+特濃鮮奶油(溫度不可超過60度)拌勻,
再加白蘭地酒拌勻後,倒入烤盤(底部先用保鮮膜墊底較好取出),
抹平入冷藏,冰硬,切塊~~~食用時再取出來沾防潮可可粉即可~~~

    大小塊隨自己喜愛~我覺得比外面賣的還好吃~女兒也愛~每天下課回來拿個幾塊解饞~算算成本應該比外面便宜很多~而且吃的較安心吧!!!!!!!!
