整理了兩封道歉的最高境界, 完全不帶sorry或是apologize, 突然覺得regrettable真萬用 XD

不過對於代理商裡的小兵而言, 要用到這種有骨氣的道歉信, 大概要先修練個十年爬到上面乘涼再說吧~
